Welcome to Bottle Service! We are proud to offer personalized virtual skin consultations, cosmetic and therapeutic neuromodulator injectable treatments, fat dissolving injectable treatments and fully customizable group bookings for private functions.

NEW CLIENTS Please book a telephone consultation with one of our NPs. This is required before your initial treatment. You will be contacted by phone at your selected appointment time. Can’t find an appointment time? Add yourself to one of our NP’s waitlists.

EXISTING CLIENTS Please choose your location, treatment, and your registered nurse or nurse practitioner injector to book online.

ALL CLIENTS Please note that if you do not see your location listed, one of our injectors may still be able to assist you. Also, if you do not see a date/time that works for you, feel free to add yourself to our waitlist or simply send us an email and we can arrange a time that works with your schedule.

REFERRAL PROGRAM Loved your service with us? Refer a friend to receive treatments with us and both you and your friend will receive a $25 credit applied to your account that can be used towards your next treatment or product order.

UPDATE Please note that as of June 1, 2022, a standard service fee of $25 will be applied to all mobile appointments for travel from your nearest injector. Fee does not apply to mobile follow-up appointments, pop-ups or model calls.
